Ana samun matatun ƙarfe masu porous na HENGKO daga0.1 µm zuwa 100 µm, tare da kunkuntar PSD don ingantaccen aikin tacewa mai maimaitawa.

 

2. Za a iya tsaftace matatun ƙarfe masu ramuka a kuma sake amfani da su?

Eh. Ana iya tsaftace su ta hanyar:

*Baya-baya
* Tsaftace Ultrasonic
*Tsabtace sinadarai (acid/alkali ya danganta da kayan da aka yi amfani da su)
* Yin burodi mai zafi sosai

Wannan yana sa su zama masu inganci sosai idan aka kwatanta da matatun da za a iya zubarwa.

 

3. Menene matsakaicin juriyar zafin jiki?

Dangane da OD/ID da kauri, za su iya jurewa har zuwa:

*10–30 MPa(Bututun lita 316)
*5–20 MPa(faifai da mazugi)

Samfura na musamman masu matsin lamba suna samuwa akan buƙata.

 

5. Shin matatun ƙarfe masu ramuka sun dace da iskar gas ko ruwa mai lalata?

Eh.
316L ya dace da sinadarai na masana'antu gabaɗaya.
Ana ba da shawarar yin amfani da ƙarfe na titanium da nickel don:

* Sinadaran da ke da tsafta sosai
